REMOTE,INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR ANGLE
The sum of the interior angles of a triangle is equal to the sum of two right angles. If the sum of two right angles is equal to 180° , therefore the sum of the interior angles of a triangle is also equal to 180°.
An exterior angle of a triangle is formed by extending one of the sides of the triangle. In the picture shown on the left, <D is remote exterior angle, while angles <A and <B are the remote interior angles. The sum of the remote interior angles is equal to the remote exterior angle. |
